The provision of equipment takes place within the non-profit framework of the school. It is reserved for members, students, or former students who have demonstrated an adequate level of autonomy validated by a certified instructor.
This activity aims solely to enable the supervised and safe practice of kitesurfing.

Equipment rental regulations

• A rental contract must be signed and a cash deposit is required for all rentals. This will be returned when the equipment is returned.
• Our team reserves the right to refuse hire. For reasons of level not acquired or not proven, bad weather conditions or risk,…
• Our team is the sole judge of the acceptance of the rental and will give you a workspace.
• The hirer must provide valid identification.
• The hirer acknowledges having received the rented equipment in perfect condition.
• It is the hirer’s responsibility to check the condition of the rented equipment on receipt.
• No refund will be made if the hirer has not used the equipment.
• The hirer uses the equipment at his own risk. The Kitesurf Belgium school is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by the hirer to himself/herself or to third parties.
• The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the equipment during the rental period.
• Repairs to the equipment are the responsibility of the hirer.
• If the repair costs exceed 100 euros, the hirer must purchase the equipment at the second-hand price.
• If the equipment is lost or stolen, the hirer must pay the second-hand price (a price list is available at the centre).
• The hirer may change equipment depending on availability, the price formula and the centre’s opening hours.

Legal notice

The provision of kitesurfing equipment is an integral part of the school’s educational and non-profit activities.
It does not constitute a commercial rental activity but a supervised service reserved for members, carried out in the context of promoting and teaching kitesurfing.
