Step 1
Discovery- During your initiation you will learn the handling of a wing, the safety systems and the preparation of a wing.

- Theory: Knowledge of our environment and legislation
- Choose your spot
- Know and choose your weather
- Discovery of the equipment: what for whom according to the evolution of the rider
- Assembly of equipment, management of its equipment.
- Handling of the wing on the ground, support of the wing, safety
- Aerodynamic knowledge of the wing, management of the wing in the air, search for stability and power. the interaction with the board in the water.
Step 2
water start- After a few simulations with the SUP foil, it’s time to get serious and try to do your first meters. The most talented will already make their first edges!

- Lesson Content:
- Wing handling in the water and waterstart.
- Navigation management, descending and ascending the wind on the water with a sup foil and the wing
- Taking charge of a board, how to handle it, carry it, set it up in the water
- Flight exercises, first on the knees, then in a standing position when moving
Step 3
first ride- After some simulations on the beach, It’s time to put on the board and try to do your first meters. The most talented will already make their first edges!

- Lesson Content:
- exercises: the first tacks, gaining altitude
- Technique to take off with the wing.
You will also receive an IKO wingfoil license after completing the 3 globally accepted lessons and demonstrating your level. A little higher on this page you will find more information about the content of each lesson.

As a kitesurf school in Belgium, we offer very effective group and private lessons thanks to audio coaching (Unique in Belgium!). You benefit from kitesurf lessons with a Bluetooth headset so that your kitesurf instructor will inform you of your mistakes!
Because of the distance and the wind between you and the instructor, it is often impossible to hear each other. This headset is the perfect way to communicate with him. No stress so when you float in the sea and do not know what to do your teacher will guide you! This way you will learn much more quickly and efficiently (up to 2x faster)!

Weather
If the weather conditions are not favourable in Belgium, we suggest another more suitable spot in the surroundings (Dutch border).

We are available 7 days a week from April 1st to Octobre 31st (even in the evening!)

Important:
Wingfoil is a weather dependent sport and it may happen that the lesson is cancelled. Basically, we cancel a course when there is less than 3 Bft or more than 7 Bft. Of course, we will contact you to schedule a new lesson.
We always contact you 24 hours in advance to confirm the course. In the event of a cancellation on your part (cancellation less than 24 hours in advance) = credited to your lesson! Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Stage 1 takes a total of 3 hours when there are six participants, in case there are 4 participants or less, the time is reduced to 2 hours. Lessons in the water are always 2 students for 1 instructor. If there are no other students available with the same level as you have the opportunity to follow the lesson but only 1h 30 min, or added 50 € and get 2 hours of private lessons!
